Exchange/Return Policy

Returns:

We offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Be advised all of our products are hand built in house, in small batches. A lot of OEM research and labor hours go into building all of our products, there is a reason why no other company can offer products like us. With that being said to justify all of the valuable time and resources that we use to build each order ALL RETURNED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCK FEE BASED OFF OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE ITEMS/PRODUCTS THAT WERE PURCHASED, PERIOD. We will email you a return label. You just have to print it out and drop the package off at a USPS facility. When we have possession of the returned merchandise, you will be notified and credited for your order.

All returns must be approved, with an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Form. If you would like to return an item, please request an RMA. Please include as much information as possible about the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

We are happy to help you exchange your items, for any reason, within 90 days of the date of delivery. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the exchange is being made due to a shipping error on our part, please first email us, as we can usually send you the new items right away with a return label.

The purchased items must be returned to us before the new items are shipped.
