Exchange/Return Policy

Exchanges:

We are happy to help you exchange your items, for any reason, within 90 days of the date of delivery. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the exchange is being made due to a shipping error on our part, please first email us, as we can usually send you the new items right away with a return label.

The purchased items must be returned to us before the new items are shipped.

Returns:

We offer free returns with any order of $50 or more, within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will email you a return label. You just have to print it out and drop the package off at a USPS facility. When we get it back, you will be notified and credited for the full price of the items/products that are returned.

All returns must be approved, with an RMA. If you would like to return an item, please request an RMA. Please include as much information as possible about the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.
