Shipping Times/Changing an Order

All orders are hand built and can take a maximum of 30 business days to receive depending on which product(s) were ordered. Holidays and/or supplier delays may affect this shipping schedule.

IMPORTANT: Orders placed from December 15th-January 5th, will be built and fulfilled January 9th. This is due to the holiday schedule for our team and our suppliers and to ensure no lost or stolen packages via our shipping carriers during peak holiday mailing times.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the total weight of the package and where it’s being shipped to. To see a quote for shipping costs, simply create your order through our website with your preferred shipping address, then you will be presented with shipping options, and costs, before your order is submitted!

Do you ship outside the Continental U.S.?

Yes, we ship globally including cross border to Canada.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information on the date your order ships. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please reach out to us at Info@Paragoptics.com with your order confirmation email or a link to your tracking information and we’ll be more than happy to help.

How do I cancel my order?
